To ensure you are safe during the current Coronavirus crisis we are unable to visit your home, but we can provide you with a valuation from one of our experienced Lettings Managers. We do this by you “virtually” showing our Lettings Manager around either by sending us photographs, or better still with a video call through apps like Whatsapp and FaceTime.

What is a Lettings Personal Valuation?
A Lettings Personal Valuation is to give you a realistic value of your property to help you start planning your let in the future. It can be conducted by phone or for a more accurate valuation by video call. We will ask you a number of questions to give us a good understanding of your property.
What we need from you.
During our call, we will ask you to think back to when you bought your property, what was it that attracted you to the area and what made you fall in love with the house in the first place? We would also be interested in any improvements you may have carried out since buying it.
Your Lettings Personal Valuation
Having built up a clear picture of your property, our Lettings Manager will provide you with evidence of similar properties that have let in the area and will be able to give you a very good indication of the value of your property.
In addition, the Lettings Manager will provide you with help and advice on the following:
- The lettings process and what to expect.
- Preparing your property prior to marketing in order to attract the most interest and highest rental price.
- Guiding you through the potential minefield of regulation and legal responsibilities in an ever-changing landscape to keep your let safe and legal.
- Explaining how we can help you with a number of options from Rent Protection to Landlord insurances.
