Jason Willetts, Director
Jason joined Arun Estates in 2005 & heads up Land and New Homes for the whole of Arun Estates. He has been involved in estate agency for nearly 30 years and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the business
He is supported by a strong team who have the expertise to advise on just about every aspect of residential development, while having the professional contacts to assist with architectural and planning needs. He is also responsible for overseeing the Shared Ownership department & Corporate Sales Division.
New Homes Team
Kirsty Brown, New Homes Administrator
Kirsty's role within the department is to support the new homes sales managers and utilise her exceptional organisational skills pulling all the marketing collateral together and ensuring that marketing campaigns are properly co-ordinated.
Shared Ownership
Jason Maylin, Sales Manager
Jason joined the Shared Ownership Department in October 2015 and manages the sales and client liaison for the stock and housing association contracts. He has 10 years experience within the shared ownership / affordable home ownership industry.
He is very customer focused with a drive to provide a high level of customer service; necessitating a detailed knowledge of housing sales and development processes with strong awareness of current issues surrounding housing and development.
Land Team
Barrie Solomons, Head of Land
Barrie has been working in property development for the past 10 years for various developers and Estate Agencies, joining Arun Estates in September 2015. He will utilise his experience in many key areas of land management and business development to bring further successes to the land department.
Adam Miles, Land Consultant
Adam joined Arun Estates in June 2016 and will be working within the land department focusing on the sale of residential development land, whilst also providing advice and self-sourcing subject-to-planning opportunities. Adam also provides support to the Head of Land researching and appraising land opportunities under the supervision of our Director Jason Willetts.
